We all have some record of previous employment. But this raw information must be crafted into an effective resume that works for you.

In many application processes no sentient being even sees your resume when it's received.  Each submission is scanned by software for keywords related to the role and creates a score. If your resume makes it to the next step, it’s imperative that it looks professional and is edited for length - not more than two pages. Depending on your experience, we may choose either a functional or a chronological resume style. I must quantify your accomplishments, differentiate you, showcase you as a viable candidate.
